Judge accepts Aurora shooting suspect James Holmes' plea: Not guilty by reason of insanity

When James Holmes goes to trial next February for allegedly killing twelve people and wounding dozens more in an Aurora, Colo., movie theater last summer, he will do so under a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. Media are reporting that a judge has accepted Holmes’ new plea:
