While former IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman evidently visited the White House at least 157 times during Obama’s tenure — including 118 visits in a two-year span — the IRS chief is not, in fact, part of the Presidential Cabinet. That’s a fact that seems to have escaped MMFA troll Oliver Willis:
