Pop goes the soda ban! Judge invalidates Bloomberg's 'arbitrary, capricious' rule

If NYC’s chief soda jerk didn’t wake up this morning with a case of the Mondays, we’ve no doubt he’s got one now.



A New York State Supreme Court justice has invalidated Bloomberg’s boneheaded ban on 16-plus-ounce servings of sugary drinks.
