Roll Call reporter: Obama admits that 'at some point you run out of money'

President Obama was speaking in Decatur, Georgia, about pre-school education when he reportedly dropped this little nugget:

If he indeed said it, we can only assume he ventured off-teleprompter again. Rarely does he echo fiscal conservatives on purpose.
