Hispanic conservatives praise Rubio's Spanish-language SOTU response

Sen. Marco Rubio is earning rave reviews from Hispanic conservatives for delivering the GOP response to the State of the Union address in Spanish.

@HeidiL_RN in Spanish I would say "¡Rubio estaba encendido!"

Rubio's Spanish address even better. Slightly different. Even mentions single moms. Very touching. #GOPResponse

Many liberal Hispanics aren’t nearly as impressed:

…no Marco Rubio, saying the same rhetoric in Spanish will not get you my Latina vote.

and don't think Marco Rubio sounded much better in Spanish because he did not, right-wing Cubans didn't understand a thing. #tcot #gop #p2

But least one appreciates the effort:

Biggest difference between Rubio Spanish speech and typical GOP message? He didn't talk down to us.
