Herman Cain gets shout-out on 'NCIS,' is now part of a 'cultural icon'

The former GOP presidential candidate and his trademark “9-9-9” plan were apparently mentioned in last night’s episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles,” and he’s quite tickled about it.

Did anyone see the mention of 9-9-9 and me on NCIS Los Angeles last night? It's a cultural icon! Or something.

We’re unsure of the context of the mention, but context doesn’t seem to be important. Cain is just happy to be part of a “cultural icon. Or something.”
