Jake Tapper: I understand why people took offense to Chris Hayes' 'discomfort'

Twitchy covered MSNBC’s Chris Hayes’ callous remarks about our military yesterday. It seems that Balko views the Twitter backlash against Hayes as much ado about nothing. Twitchy disagrees, and so does ABC’s Tapper:
