Elderly Tulsa, Okla., couple in critical condition after beating

The 90-year-old man and 85-year-old woman were discovered by family members this afternoon.

The family had seen the couple Tuesday evening and went to check on them at their home in the 3300 block of East Virgin Street on Wednesday afternoon, police said. When they arrived, they discovered that a door had been kicked in, police said.

In addition, the couple’s car had been stolen.
