With Donald Trump reportedly considering an executive order to the family separation policy, the goalpost shifting is officially underway. First up? MSNBC’s Chris Hayes:
As far as I can tell, whatever the president signs today will not end the so called “zero-tolerance” policy that is flooding the system with criminal prosecutions of desperate people who are overwhelmingly seeking asylum.

Also, stop saying that this allows families to be detained "indefinitely". That's misleading. They are detained, as always, until their cases are resolved. Difference now is they are proposing to remove 20 day limit for children so they can stay with parents.
