As Twitchy told you, last Friday, former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau called out “AWFUL” ICE for detaining U.S. citizens like Davino Watson by mistake — despite the fact that Obama was president during most of Watson’s detention. Apparently MSNBC’s Chris Hayes didn’t learn from Favreau’s embarrassing mistake, because this afternoon, he tweeted this:
