Hey, if morons on the Left want to keep giving The Lincoln Project their hard-earned money in this crap economy more power to them, but they really should start asking them about what they're spending their money on. If you look at their actual financials, it doesn't look like they've spent a whole lot trying to beat Trump in November.
And isn't that the entire point of their grift?
Then again, it is a grift, so maybe we shouldn't be surprised by that nearly $12 MILLION in overhead.
Dude, coolers with confederate stickers on them aren't cheap.
Take a look:
lol...Lincoln Project has "spent $437K in the 2024 Presidential race"

(and $11.7M on overhead and other operating expenditures since January 1, 2023) https://t.co/CQYb6KJJaV pic.twitter.com/dMfgoLtZu3
I have to wonder what that overhead looks like, ya' know?
That's a lot of money, especially when they haven't even spent half a MILLION in the 2024 Presidential Race. Almost as if this entire thing is a con.
Now now, I said almost.
Ahem.
For the cycle, that's $989K to Joe Trippi's firm, $664K to Rick Wilson's Intrepid Media (plus $106K to his son for 'corporate campaign management'), $531K to Reed Galen's Summit Strategic, $410K to Stu Steven's Message Mountain, $372K to Tara Setmayer's Veracity Reigns... pic.twitter.com/yXcWD9uy8e

WTF is other disbursements? Is that like miscellaneous?
— William (@Williamrno) August 13, 2024
Good question.
Lincoln Project re-organized from a normal SuperPAC to a hybrid PAC with separate accounts in mid-2021 (1 for IEs, 1 for contributions to candidates). After the switch, because of limitations in the FEC's reporting forms, all of the contributions to the SuperPAC account became…

His post continues:
... became classified as 'other receipts' and all of the operating expenditures started being filed under 'other disbursements'. (Despite the switch, the contribution account has never reported any receipts and it has given no money directly to candidates).
Huh.
It has given no money directly to candidates.
Fascinating.
