Back in 2020, like so many of you, I became a parent warrior for both of my kids. I remember the day they came home from school after Ralph Northam had canceled classes due to COVID for the day ... it never occurred to me that THAT would be that last normal day of school for either of them for nearly two years.

Crazy, right? Evil is more like it and you guys, Northam was one of the worst. He was one of the first to cancel school, he was one of the first to mask-up his entire state, he was one of the first to claim COVID was actually racist.

Yes, he really said that. Well, the public health official he chose (who happened to be a black man) said that but our moron governor would stand behind him nodding along like the empty-headed, useless bobblehead of a loser he was.

And still is.

Anyway, beyond the parents who fought to get our kids back in school, the homeschool movement really started to take off after 2020. There were always parents who chose to homeschool, but after what Democrat governors and teacher's unions did to students and families 'to protect them,' it just blew UP. So of course, out pals in academia hate homeschoolers and look down on them.

Even more than our school choice fans.

See, these educated people claim parents are too dumb to actually educate their own kids. I personally think they're intimidated by parents who homeschool their kids because they know they can do a better job of it.

Case in point, C. Bradley Thompson who told this Jessica professor harpy to back off and leave the homeschool kids alone. Take a look:

They're amongst our best students.

Shocker.

OH WAIT, not in the least.

Public schools have turned into indoctrination centers, and once parents got a look into the classrooms during the lockdowns it became even more obvious. Now, don't get me wrong, my kids go to public school BUT it is one of the best in the state and in the country. Even then, I am involved as their mom in most everything they do; their teachers are on a first-name basis with me. Damn right they are. And honestly, if my kids were younger, after everything we saw in 2020 (and beyond), I'd be tempted to yank them and homeschool them myself.

Just like millions of other parents around the country.
