It's February so you know what that means ... VALENTINE'S DAY! And it's an election year so also a Leap Year.
Oh, and it's also Black History Month.
As if any of us could forget. Don't get me wrong, I understand why we have the month, I even USED TO appreciate the fact we do it, but I've gotta be honest, since around 2008 when every person on the planet who disagreed with Barack Obama magically became a racist while he worked to divide the country I've gotten a little cynical about the whole thing. Not to mention they like to take over other months to make us feel guilty for being who we are.
I fully expect Black History Month to get even more woke and ridiculous every year, somehow they have to find a way to out-virtue-signal themselves from the year before, but this is really bad even for 'justice warriors' and the woke movement.

Ok, so I'm a white woman and she's not shaming me into giving her part of my salary to prove I care about equity but I am annoyed for white men. Who does she think she is? SHE'S A FREAKIN' DOCTOR. If she wants black women to get some extra money this month she should write a check. And what about black men? Do they not deserve a little equity payout?
