I used to consider myself sort of hands-off (aka none of my business) when it came to the trans movement. That pesky libertarian side of me has always been of the mind that it’s ok to live and let live AS LONG AS you do no harm.
But clearly, that’s changed. Plenty of harm is being done. Once these same adults who I was more than happy to ignore and let do their own thing started involving children … started harming children … that all stopped. And of course, all of the efforts being made to erase the reality and lived experiences of real women, that is also harm.
‘Live and let live’ simply does not work with this movement as they refuse to allow OTHERS to live and let live; it has become very dangerous, divisive and destructive.
I’m not EVEN sorry for saying that.
Look, if you’re a man and you think you’re a woman, more power to you, but you don’t get to force me to accept your reality. You can dress up however you want, and you can have any surgery or hormonal therapy you desire, but ultimately your DNA will still be your DNA. And that DNA is male. Calling this out and refusing to sit down and shut up does not make me transphobic or a TERF or a bigot or any other nasty name people in this movement want to call me.
Men telling women to sit down and shut up … where have we heard this before?
I experienced this myself just this morning over my tweet addressing ‘trans women’.
Trans-women,
We’re not a part you can just play or a costume you put on. We don’t flutter our eyelashes, dance around on our tiptoes, giggle like morons, or talk like we’ve been inhaling helium all day.
Your lazy caricature is an insult to women everywhere.
Sincerely,
Women— 🐥The🐰FOO🌸 (@PolitiBunny) April 5, 2023
Women are not a costume.
We are not a caricature.
We are each an individual with individual experiences.
Oh, so back to my tweet … two men showed up to call me names and try to silence me. If any of you know me on Twitter, you know this didn’t go over very well.
Here’s their little conversation about little ol’ me. At first they were complaining about another woman standing up for herself.
Regressive women often do not see the hypocrisy and double standards many women embrace in their misandry and homophobia.
Frankly, it is none of her business.
Her being offended is what it is.
For her to shame other women for not being a bigot harpy represents her vile agenda.— Jackson Medcalf-Eichholz (@askboomer1949) April 6, 2023
Then this winner grabbed my tweet …
https://t.co/RKEsdC4LGl This is on her timeline. Pure bigotry.

Bigotry.
K.
I said hello …
Joe, seriously. Move along. Surely you can find some other woman to harass because she doesn’t like her entire being used as a parody and costume for mentally ill men.
— 🐥The🐰FOO🌸 (@PolitiBunny) April 6, 2023
No one is doing anything except disagreeing with you. You popped up on my timeline uninvited. I don't need to know you.
— Joe Kilpatrick (@JoeKilpatrick15) April 6, 2023
Note, this guy tagged me so he came after ME.
You called me a bigot, Sparky.
— 🐥The🐰FOO🌸 (@PolitiBunny) April 6, 2023
Then get this.
You are obviously transphobic.
— Joe Kilpatrick (@JoeKilpatrick15) April 6, 2023
Yeah.
For defending women.
It’s not bigotry or transphobia to refuse to allow a movement of men to erase women. THIS is the real patriarchy, not the patriarchy that third-wave feminists were always screeching about. We are dealing with a group of men who want to have everything we’ve worked so hard for, and if we as women are not ok with this, we are the villains.
The refusal to lie & deny reality is not transphobia.

Nothing like a bunch of men telling women to sit down and shut up to remind us who the real misogynists are.
