We know, you’re as shocked as we are that CNN had him on another one of their shows, and usually we just change the channel (because if we’re on CNN it was a mistake in the first place) BUT last night we thought he might talk about threatening to sue Peter Hasson and Jon Gabriel Simonson …
And he did, sorta.

Right? We’re totally shocked he didn’t actually make Avenatti answer for threatening to sue The Daily Caller for reporting on him.
Because you know, he probably would have gotten upset with Lemon … Avenatti does seem a tad sensitive about any criticism sent his way.
