There is a good deal of speculation around the cancellation of Tim Allen’s show, ‘Last Man Standing’. Several outlets have reported concerns that Allen’s political affiliation and the show’s conservative bent may be the real reasons behind it.
Today, Tim Allen tweeted about the show:
Stunned and blindsided by the network I called home for the last six years. #lastmanstanding

Many people have stated they will boycott ABC and a petition is going around for signatures to save the show.
My whole family loves your show, so distraught to hear the news.

Saddened absolutely, but not surprised ABC might play the “he’s an evil conservative so we better cancel his show” card.
