As Twitchy readers know, Stephen Colbert made a fairly nasty comment about Donald Trump and Putin that didn’t go over well with … anyone. In fact he made a ton of people angry, but for different reasons.
Trump supporters of course are tired of this nonsense and the disrespect shown to Trump from people like Colbert; can you IMAGINE the shrieking if someone had said something like this about Obama?
The Left got fussy with Colbert though for another reason – take Vox for example:
Stephen Colbert tried to insult Donald Trump. He made a homophobic comment instead. https://t.co/aVuOborw0K

Homophobic? Really?
HA HA HA HA
Vox should just change its name to Sux. pic.twitter.com/BOB06nctbO

It could work.

I can't stand Colbert since he became all anti Trump bullshit. And I don't even like Trump.

It is getting beyond repetitive and boring, even if you’re not a Trump supporter.
Still surprised Colbert seems to have gotten away with calling Trump "Vladimir Putin's cock holster." Any republican would be fired/shamed.

Well of course, that’s how the biased media works.
And Vox is so damn predictable people saw this coming from a mile away …
Wait until he gets called homophobic for this. https://t.co/wmE3laYNqU

So see, this new name for Vox could TOTALLY work … plus it almost rhymes. Right? *snort*
