As Twitchy reported earlier, Kim Kardashian was allegedly held at gunpoint in her Paris hotel and robbed of millions of dollars of jewelry. In the past, Kardashian has been less than supportive of gun rights in America and like most good gun grabbers, has pushed the background check narrative. We can hardly blame the NRA for taking a jab at her, now can we?
Wait, criminals held @KimKardashian at gunpoint in Paris? How is that possible? Does anyone know if they passed a background check first?

Well if they just had common sense gun control in France … oh wait, they do. And what do you know, one of the most famous women in the world was still robbed at gun point. How do you figure?

Probably so. But you know, that whole “a good guy with a gun stops a bad guy with a gun” talking point just makes gun grabbers angry so she was likely more than happy that her security was disarmed if they were.
And of course what would a good gun grabber conversation be without EveryTown stepping in it?
Having fun, @NRA?
You are 18 times more likely to be murdered with a gun in the US than in France. pic.twitter.com/MrQGjwi73F
— Everytown (@Everytown) October 3, 2016
OH NO! And apparently way more likely to be robbed at gunpoint if you’re a famous lady with an even more famous backside.
.@Everytown… Wait, are you saying criminals don’t follow current laws? That can’t be true.
— NRA (@NRA) October 3, 2016
SHOCKING.
What if you readjusted for all violent crime & all countries? Why do only gun murders count? #AllMurdersMatter
— ?/K/aitilyn?? (@kitty_Kaiti) October 3, 2016
But that can’t be! Surely when they see it’s illegal to carry a gun they drop the weapon and simply walk away, right? Right?!

Actually yes, the NRA was having fun, and we were having fun reading their fun. In fact, we’re having fun writing about their fun at your expense. #WINNING

Preach!
Cue Shannon Watts who like any good gun harpy can’t possibly let a crisis of any sort go without exploitation, especially if the NRA is involved.
This is why women and mothers want stronger gun laws. @NRA opposes closing background check loophole that allows criminals to get guns. https://t.co/2Ft64129WL

Stop speaking for all women and mothers, Shannon. YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR ALL OF US.
Stronger gun laws… like the ones they have in Paris? #askingforafriend https://t.co/xHUhViDtpN
— NRA (@NRA) October 3, 2016
Mic drop.
How come the @NRA can't help themselves? Attack and belittle women who have been victimized: https://t.co/yeNxCbcq3X #askingforafriend https://t.co/1w0AXrJ0XO

Oh boo hoo, the NRA was snarky about a gun grabber who likely blamed them for EVERY single gun incident in this country. Someone shot somebody? QUICK, BLAME THE NRA. Someone blew up a building? QUICK, BLAME THE NRA.
Turnabout is fair play.
