Earlier today, Twitchy reported that Paul Manafort and Richard Gates had both been told to surrender to federal authorities. Manafort himself walked into the F.B.I.’s field office in Washington this morning with this attorney.

Fair point. While the charges do include, ‘Conspiracy against the United States,’ there is nothing in black and white about collusion.
