It seems Joe Walsh is struggling to find relevance yet again. Because of this quest, he’s taken to his favorite pastime, Trump bashing. Like Trump or hate him, Walsh never seems to get it right.

Democracy does seem to be the new buzzword of the Left. It’s a shame what we have is a Republic, which makes his entire assertion seem foolish at best.

He tried to contest the results of an election, just like many Dems after 2016.

It’s like they forgot the 2000 election ever happened. Much less the 2016 cycle, complete with wailing, weeping, and gnashing of teeth.
The truth is Joe Walsh was once a prominent voice in the conservative movement that many of us respected. His issue, along with several others who fell away recently, is this: He continues to expect the Left to fight fairly. Our ideas win hands down in a fair fight, which is why the Left no longer fights that way. They get us focused on fringe issues and fighting amongst ourselves and then take the battle into the court of public opinion while brow-beating us with buzzwords until we give in. The truth is, like it or not, Joe Walsh has become a valuable tool of the Left.
Whether you like Donald Trump or hate him, the primaries are starting in earnest now. So let us remember we need the best person to fix this mess, not the guy we’ll most likely have a beer with.
