Proceeding According to Plan: NYC Rents Hit ANOTHER Record High (One Month After the Last Record)

When New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani passed his rent freeze on June 25, virtually everyone with a working brain (in other words, no Mamdani voters) predicted what would happen almost immediately.

Sure enough, barely a couple of weeks had passed before New York reported record-high rent increases, with Manhattan rents skyrocketing to more than $5,200 a month — ONE MONTH — an 8.2 percent increase from the prior year.

And if you thought that was high, you might want to take a seat for what Manhattan reported this month:

YE GODS!

Where are Jimmy McMillan and The Rent Is Too Da*n High Party when you need them?

Nearly $7,000 a month, and that's the AVERAGE. If you've seen many apartments in Manhattan, you know that most of them are not 'deluxe apartments in the sky-y-y,' as George Jefferson once boasted. You're more likely to live in a place the size of the average holding cell in a New York police precinct (but with more rats).

As The New York Post reports, the brutal 10 percent jump is hitting apartments of all sizes:

Every size apartment is getting hit, with average prices up double digits for two- and three-bedrooms. Studios now average $4,088 (up 8%), one-bedrooms are at $5,486 (up 7%), two-bedrooms have soared to $8,054 (up 13%) and three-bedrooms are averaging a staggering $12,228 (up 12%), all year-over-year. Studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms have all hit all-time highs.

Because the rent freeze does not take effect until October and because of Mamdani's other economically ignorant policies, like his pied-à-terre tax, this was always going to happen.

Only everyone.

But, as many smart people on X pointed out, skyrocketing rent wasn't just inevitable; it was part of the plan.

Of course, anyone who pointed that out before the rent freeze passed was called a racist and an Islamophobe by the useless media, including New York media.

We're in Phase One of that plan right now. At the rate rents are rocketing into the stratosphere, Mamdani will reach Phase Three in (pardon the expression) a New York minute.

Just as Biden's border catastrophe was not a 'failure' but the intention all along, so are Mamdani's rent freeze and tax policy part of his goal of destroying what was once the greatest city in the world.

When Mamdani refuses to respect the wishes of the 9/11 victim families and shows up for the 25th anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attack next month, that cruelty is also intentional.

It never was going to happen.

Not with rent, not with his government-run grocery stores, not with anything.

And, as Spencer Pratt knows all too well, once they get into power, they will rig the system any way they can to STAY in power.

Gosh, that kind of thing NEVER happens under Communist regimes, does it?

Mrs. 'Defund the Police' even demanded a police escort for her personal trip to Syria (thankfully, the NYPD refused).

'Plenty of cops for she, none for thee.'

Remember, it's not hypocrisy; it's hierarchy, one of Communism's fundamental pillars.

At this point, anyone who believes that this outcome is not EXACTLY what Mamdani is seeking has to be even dumber, more gullible, and more naive than people who still think that Tony Fauci was 'an honest and faithful public servant.'

We can only hope Mamdani's personal death toll doesn't approach Fauci's.
