Ray J hospitalized following Billboard Music Awards

Reports have surfaced that R&B singer/songwriter Ray J has been hospitalized following his showing at the Billboard Music Awards:





Ray J has been heavily scrutinized in the public eye since the death of Whitney Houston, and even had a confrontation with Whitney’s family at the Awards Show, which TMZ reports left him “extremely upset.”

It’s hard to argue the singer has had a tough go of it lately, and there was plenty to say from those around Twitter about the hospitalization:





Russell Simmons, hip-hop mogul and co-founder of Def Jam Records, also tweeted about the situation, showing some support for Ray J and his health:
