“Teen Mom” actress Amber Portwood has been a busy little bee….but not in a good way. When she’s not having fits (or having children), it seems she’s having run-ins with the law.

She’s already been caught lying about housing to receive extra financial help from the government. She’s already been charged with assault. If she spent as much time trying to raise her child as she did trying to fight the law, she’d be the best darn mother we’ve ever come across.
Alas, some things never change.
