Joe the Plumber celebrates Ohio primary victory

Joe Wurzelbacher, who was a 99 percenter before it was cool, will square off against Democrat Rep. Marcy Kaptur in Ohio’s newly-carved 9th congressional district race.

Kaptur knocked off incumbent Democrat Rep. and sore loser of the night Dennis Kucinich.
