OMG: James Woods noticed something fume-inducing about this White House tweet after Chattanooga shooting

That is, of course, referring to President Obama. But what sparked it this time?  After Thursday’s attack at a Navy & Marine Reserve Center in Chattanooga, Tenn., that left four U.S. Marines dead and a police officer wounded, actor James Woods noticed that the White House tweeted this:
