As Twitchy reported, a tense and terrifying situation tonight as police have reportedly surrounded Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev after a barrage of gunfire.
Children were evacuated from the scene. Most reports so far, thankfully, indicate that the children are not hurt.
