DNC chair and Liar McLiarPants, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, tried to make hay over Ryan not being in Florida with Romney today. Gee, Debbie; it’s hard to be in Florida and Iowa at the exact same time, huh? His math witch dark magic hasn’t advanced enough to cover cloning abilities or astral projection yet.

President Obama is set to hit the fair later, with strict orders from his Food Police wife:

Lame. What’s an Iowa State Fair jaunt without deep-fried goodness? As for Rep. Paul Ryan? Well, the lapdog media decided to breathlessly report a few random, and violent, hecklers. See, rubes? People totally hate him and stuff! Also, he won’t answer questions. Or something.

BuzzFeed’s article is titled Ryan Heckled At First Solo Event. Yet, from the article itself, it’s clear the violent “hecklers” are Obama supporters.

“Woah…hey…alright…she must not be from Iowa,” said a dumbfounded Ryan as the woman got on stage.

The officers bounded out from behind the stage to pull her down, saying “She just punched a volunteer.”

Ryan continued to deliver his stump speech over shouts of “stop the war on the poor” “stop the war on the middle class” and “stop the war on the common good,” with those heckles at times drowned out by chants of “U-S-A.”

New tone! What civility! Um. A Romney volunteer was assaulted!
