As Twitchy exclusively reported yesterday, Obama’s laser like focus was on discussing green energy and “young America” and such with noted experts like Jessica Alba, Ian Somerhalder, Zach Braff, Jared Leto and “Glee’s” Dianna Agron.
This private meeting yesterday morning was apparently more than private; it was secret. The White House failed to inform the press and they were kept outside in vans.

Will the press breathlessly report this like they did when they made a big kerfuffle out of Team Romney mistakenly blocking press from the rope line? Nope. They are instead squeeing over the fact that he met with super cool Hollywood types.
Hey, what’s a little entirely secret meeting undisclosed by the most transparent administration EVAH?
We knew yesterday, as did our readers, despite the failure to disclose by the White House. New media now not only vets the President, but also needs to report on the President’s actions that are disgracefully kept secret by the White House.

An updated pool report was sent to the rest of the White House press corps Friday afternoon:
A campaign official told the travel pool on background via email last night, two hours after we returned to Andrews, that “the President held a meeting with supporters at the Beverly Hilton at 8 am this am.”
That was before the motorcade left the hotel for the fund-raising breakfast at the home of Charles Quarles. At the time of the meeting (with “two dozen of Hollywood’s hottest young stars,” according to a report posted on hollywoodreporter.com Thursday afternoon, with many pictures of the president with stars), the pool was in vans outside the hotel. We were not apprised of this event. This campaign official assured the pool that the press corps will be told of such events in the future.
It should be noted that Hollywood Reporter had the story two hours after Twitchy did. Twitter breaks news and was once again ahead of media outlets.
