Occupy has formed a “clown bloq” and they are descending on Chicago to protest the NATO Summit. With cream pies and big, red noses. No word yet on the huge floppy shoes. From The Star article:

“We’re plugging into one of the most important roles that has been around since the Middle Ages — the fool,” said Kaptain Kroplotkin, a spokesman for the Clown Bloq .
