Obama hearts uterine forensic expert and Trig Palin birther Andrew Sullivan, calls Krugman smart

Wow.

I read all of the New York Times columnists. Krugman’s obviously one of the smartest economic reporters out there, but I also read some of the conservative columnists, just to get a sense of where those arguments are going. There are a handful of blogs, Andrew Sullivan’s on the Daily Beast being an example, that combine thoughtful analysis with a sampling of lots of essays that are out there. The New Yorker and The Atlantic still do terrific work. Every once in a while, I sneak in a novel or a nonfiction book.

Of course he thinks Krugman is one of the smartest economic reporters out there. Perhaps this is partly why our economy is in the toilet, if Obama thinks Krugman is the go-to man on such matters. Funny how people actually living the economy don’t agree.

Well, he is on his reading list!

As for Andrew Sullivan; thoughtful analysis? If by thoughtful, one means anti-Semitic. No wonder everything Obama touches turns to fail. The only thing Sullivan analyzes is Sarah Palin’s uterus. And that’s not thoughtful, it’s creepy and disturbing.

We’re sure President Obama totally hearts Newsweek as well. Maybe he’ll slowjam the news for them.
