New York Congressman Grimm had reportedly turned himself in and been arrested. More from Yahoo!
The Staten Island Republican was being booked on Monday at the New York FBI office in lower Manhattan. He was expected to be arraigned later.
Prosecutors didn’t immediately specify the exact charges he faces. Investigators have been examining his fundraising in a 2010 race and his involvement in a restaurant that was once fined for not carrying workers’ compensation insurance.
