DeSantis 'Scared' of Marc Elias? Florida's Shifted 20 Points Red and the Court is Now 6-1 His

Marc Elias wants Twitter to know he will fight Ron DeSantis over the new Congressional District map. He also has RECEIPTS ... from eleven years ago.

Anyone who is wondering why DeSantis is waiting to sign the new Florida map it is because he is scared he will lose in court. I beat Republicans before when they broke the state constitution by partisan redistricting and I will do it again.

First of all, Florida is a way different state today than it was eleven years ago. Eleven years ago, a Republican could squeak by and win Governor. These days, a Republican can win by 20 points (thanks Ron DeSantis). Secondly, just because Elias won a case a decade ago, certainly doesn't mean he will win this time.
