WNBA Player Brianna Turner: 'Trans Women Are Women With No Advantage' — Still Won't Try Out for the NBA

AP Photo/Robert Franklin

Brianna Turner is a player for the WNBA, allegedly. No one would know that save the very few fans the league has. She wrote an opinion piece stating trans women are 'women' and that they have no advantage over actual biological women.

So, one can assume Ms Turner is not very talented or else she'd be playing with the men in the much more popular and lucrative NBA? What is holding her back? Is she lazy or not working hard? If there are no differences between men and women, there has never been a female athlete who will work hard enough to be in the NBA. That's kind of a bad message to send about female athletes.

It's very hard to understand. One would think accomplished female athletes would want to pave the way for more opportunities for young women. Instead, she is pulling up the ladder behind her.

She says all men and women are the same so clearly she just believes women don't want it bad enough.

To be fair, the women don't make a ton of money in their league, but they make a decent amount. There are certainly men who would be willing to play at that level for the sum they earn rather than working a real job. Men should just take over the league. There are no differences, after all.

Then, those who refuse to go along with the nonsense are told we're the crazy ones.
