'6 murders in 13 hours': Wave of violence hits St. Louis

St. Louis is suffering through a wave of fatal shootings. The police chief blames easy access to guns and difficulty prosecuting gun crimes, but also notes that some officers are “distracted” after the waves of protests in the area.
