Elijah Cummings lauds disgraced and resigning Secret Service Director

But as far as we know Congressman Cummings is still plenty comfortable with the IRS targeting people based on their political views. You may remember when he practically wept over the questioning of IRS Commissioner John Koskinen. ‘I’d mourn for what could have been’: Rep. Elijah Cummings on verge of tears at IRS hearing 

He gave resigning Secret Service Director Julia Pierson such a nice Twitter sendoff, you would almost think she was Lois Lerner.
