When you need something stupid said very loudly by an arrogant little guy with a Napoleon complex, you call in former DNC Chair Howard Dean. Andrew Romanoff, a Democrat running for Congress in Colorado, needed just that to stir up the left-wing base at a fundraiser.
The word on the street is that Romanoff likes to condemn hyper-partisanship and portray himself as a moderate, so he’s probably not too happy that Revealing Politics got Dean’s rage-monkey act on video.
