As Twitchy reported earlier tonight, longtime Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky was convicted of sexual abuse of minors on 45 out of 48 counts. Like tens of millions of other Americans, Sandusky is (reportedly) a registered Republican. Naturally, leftist Twitter users wasted no time in using the guilty verdict to score political points against the GOP … because being a Republican is apparently worse than the horrific, serial child rapes and molestations that Sandusky committed.
