Diane Warren is the prolific, award-winning songwriter behind Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” Toni Braxton’s “Un-break My Heart” and dozens of other hits. She’s also a PETA-pusher who appointed herself the voice of all gays, minorities and ducks in a message to “Duck Dynasty” and A&E.
Her latest “F**k U” goes to Ted Cruz, the GOP senator who sent haters into apoplectic fits when he and Sen. Mike posed for a photo with what appeared to be a tiger skin rug. “Did a little shopping for the office,” he joked. On Thursday, Warren joined the online freakout with her wish that the “beautiful murdered animal” could trade places with Cruz and smile over his body.

Not that the death-wishing, PETA-promoting crowd will care, but The Washington Post reported that Cruz “was kidding, and had no intention of bringing the tiger pelt back to Washington,” according to his spokeswoman. She told WaPo, “It’s unfortunate the same outrage isn’t displayed by the left when it comes to defending the lives of hundreds of thousands of unborn babies aborted every year.”
