Like double-dealing weasel Sen. Lindsey Graham, Sen. Mitch McConnell thinks you’re stupid. He wants you to believe he’s completely devoted to defunding Obamacare. The only thing he’s dedicated to is leaving a trail of crap in his wake.

Sen. McConnell voted against the Reid amendment to fund #Obamacare & against the final bill because it included Obamacare funding. #Kentucky
