Speaking just hours after John Kerry said strikes on Syria would be “unbelievably small,” Obama told Savannah Guthrie, “The U.S. does not do pinpricks.”
Maybe USA Today was prescient with it’s “Obama calls Kerry a liar” headline blunder.
