Jurors were back in the courtroom today to hear the read-back of testimony in the trial of accused killer Kermit Gosnell. The trial was “temporarily suspended after the smell of smoke was detected on the fifth floor of the courthouse.

After the “all clear” was given, Gosnell returned to the courtroom. As Twitchy reported, he has been seen with an obscene and evil smile on his face during his trial for the murder of newborns and an adult woman. Today, according to Shannon Bream of Fox News, the soulless monster is laughing in the very same room where this testimony is being read:

That precious infant, struggling to survive after being delivered into a toilet, didn’t get the chance to smile or laugh before becoming one of many victims in Gosnell’s abortion house of horrors.
Let’s hope his evil laughter ends once the verdict comes in.
