No bouncing baby Adderall: Lindsay Lohan confirms April Fools' Day prank, deletes 'pregnant' tweet

As expected, we’ll have to wait a while longer before little Adderall Lohan is more than a glimmer in her mama’s eye.

Last night, Lindsay Lohan tweeted, “Its official. Pregnant….” As Twitchy reported, many Twitter users assumed the late-night tweet was an April Fools’ Day prank. (Hey, it was still April 1 on the West Coast.)

But evidently, some people found it completely plausible that LiLo would take precious time away from her pre-rehab wardrobe malfunctions to break that news on Twitter.

Lohan deleted the tweet, but say it with us now: Twitchy is forever!
