Time to 'ban dogs'? Vicious assault dog belonging to Mark Kelly's daughter kills baby sea lion

Time for a national conversation on assault dogs?

Gabby Giffords, her gun-grabbing husband Mark Kelly and his 18-year-old daughter were vacationing in Laguna Beach last weekend when things turned ugly. The daughter’s 65-pound bulldog attacked and killed a baby sea lion.
