State Department's anti-Semitic 'Woman of Courage' refuses to apologize to 'Zionist lobby'; Updated

John Kerry was all set to award Samira Ibrahim the International Women of Courage Award … before The Weekly Standard exposed her anti-Semitic, terrorism-loving tweets. Ibrahim’s name has been removed from the State Department’s “Women of Courage” list and the presentation of the award has been postponed while her “alleged anti-Semitic remarks” are reviewed.

Hey, State Department, review this:

So, is Ibrahim dropping the “hacking” buffoonery now that she’s not being honored today? Or will she conveniently claim her account was “stolen” again?

The Weekly Standard provides a more complete translation via Egyptian activist Mina Rezkalla:

I refuse to apologize to the Zionist lobby in America regarding my previous anti-Zionist statements under pressure from American government therefore they withdrew the award.

On Thursday, blogger Ace of Spades gave the State Department the business and mocked the utterly absurd “hacking” story. More from Ace:

Update:

State Dept has removed Samira Ibrahim from its ‘Women of Courage’ list
