Sen. Feinstein's gun bill to include ban on firearms that offend her aesthetic sense

It isn’t just Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s creative spelling of “devices” that makes her gun-grabbing proposal absurd. DiFi’s proposed mutilation of gun owners’ rights is even more extensive than her maiming of the English language.

Feinstein’s legislation has yet to be released — she probably wants to pass the bill before you find out what’s in it  — but today her office shared a summary of her gun-grabbing proposal. “Onerous and absurd” look like mild criticisms after reading her outline of the proposed “assault weapons” ban.

National gun registry? Check! Banning guns based on the way they look? Check! Possible outlawing of certain BB guns, handguns, and semi-automatic rifles and shotguns? Yep, you guessed it. Check!

Feinstein’s proposal starts off with a ban on 120 “specifically-named firearms” that aren’t specifically named anywhere in her summary.
