Dems breathlessly cheer SCOTUS order on Ohio early military voting

As Dems and the Obama campaign had hoped, the Supreme Court rejected a plea by Ohio state officials to extend early voting only to members of the military and their families in the days right before the election.

The Supreme Court’s order is just one sentence:

The application for stay presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to the Court is denied.
