Gov. Bobby Jindal to skip GOP convention; Update: Jindal calls storm 'non-partisan'

Instead of heading to Tampa for the Republican National Convention this week, Gov. Bobby Jindal said at a press conference that he will remain in Louisiana as Tropical Storm Isaac heads toward the coast.
