Tweet theft: BNO News president calls out Denver ABC affiliate for Twitter plagiarism

President & founder of BNO News Michael van Poppel discovered that two of his tweets were republished without attribution on the @DenverChannel and @7NewsMorning Twitter accounts this morning. These appear to be the tweets in question:

Not much of a question, is there? We’ve all had tweets swiped and it rarely seems worth getting worked up. But it’s pretty shameless for a news organization to lift tweets instead of re-tweeting with attribution.

30 minutes after van Poppel confronted the ABC affiliate, no response had been tweeted from either account.
