Awesome: Josh Hawley emphasizes the 'dignity and quiet greatness of working men and women' in first Senate speech

Newly-elected Missouri Republican Sen. Josh Hawley gave his first speech on the Senate floor Wednesday.

He talked about his hometown and that working men and women are the ones who have made this nation what it is.

He called on Republicans to “revitalized the great American middle and beware of cultural elites.”

Here’s what he said about it on ‘Fox and Friends’ Thursday.

Hawley unseated two-time incumbent Missouri Democrat Sen. Claire McCaskill by six points and over 140,000 votes in the 2018 midterms last November.
