As you probably recall from last month, Eric Holder said of Republicans, “When they go low, we kick them.”

Democrats like to think of themselves as a bunch of experts on what “going low” means, except for one thing that is pretty important.
.@KellyannePolls: "When you talk about what's gone low with the Democrats, it's uncivil, uncouth, uncharitable many times. When you talk about what's gone low under President @realDonaldTrump, it's called the unemployment rate." @JudgeJeanine pic.twitter.com/G8fWaINgCr

Since the inauguration of President Trump, the unemployment rate has “gone low” by an entire percentage point (from 4.7 to 3.7 percent).
Naturally, President Obama wants to take credit for the decline.
The @realDonaldTrump economy is so phenomenal that Pres. Obama is trying to take credit for it. https://t.co/ugHXIdjUhN

Even DNC chair Tom Perez is trying to make the case (which Jake Tapper refuted) that Obama is responsible for the economic uptick since Trump assumed office.

Just remember, when the Republicans go low (taxes, unemployment rate), the Democrats want to go high.
